| Total Cars is a privately
owned business, run by the directors of BitWise
Systems Pty Ltd. We are based in Tasmania and, due to our existing
expertise in development work and design, we have pretty much done
everything ourselves, from the web site design to creating our TV
commercials. Total Cars is the amalgamation of Tassie Cars and
Brisbane Cars and was launched in September 2006. |

At the time of writing, our main
web site Tassie Cars is the largest Tasmanian owned and operated Automotive Classifieds
web site in Tasmania, with latest figures suggesting Tassie Cars
has 23% majority market share for searching for a car to buy in
Tasmania. After our success in the Tasmanian Market, we
decided to endeavour to bring the services Tasmania and Brisbane
have been enjoying to the rest of the Australian Car Sales Market.
Our aim is to continually improve and expand the effectiveness of the Web
site, to continue to get good results for our advertisers through
our marketing efforts, and provide additional services
which compliment those existing. |

| We are very happy with how well
Tassie Cars is performing, and continually growing - it is always exciting
for us to watch how much the site grows every month. Tassie Cars has in
excess of 170,000 pages viewed each month, with the majority being the
search result pages and the detail view and enquiry screens. We are
hoping that this expansion into the Main Land market will see similar, if
not better, results. |

Only recently has the option been added
for the advertising of New Vehicles (information supplied by Glasses) and banner advertising, which we
intend to keep at a minimum to not clutter the site, or detract from the
main purpose of the site - looking for cars to buy!

 Total Cars would like to welcome Mr Cars in Hobart to the Total Cars site. Mr. Cars' quality stock is now online and they have plenty of great cars that are priced just right.
On another note, www.totalcars.com.au has just formed a sponsorship arrangement, off the back of Tassie Cars successful sponsorship of the TWSDA, with practically every state Sheep Dog Workers club in Australia, plus the national body the ASDWA. This means Total Cars will be assisting all the clubs in promoting their upcoming trials via their websites, which includes the ABC Challange, to be broadcast in Australia in 2008. |
